Lighting done right
Lighting that flatters the room — and the wiring behind it
Great lighting isn't just about fixtures — it's about layout, lumens, colour temperature, switching, and dimming. We plan all of it before we cut a single hole in your ceiling.
We retrofit pot lights into finished ceilings with minimal patching, redesign kitchen and living room lighting layers, replace dated fluorescents with low-profile LED, and add architectural and exterior lighting that actually gets used.
Every install is led by a Certified BC Master Electrician, fully insured and bonded, with clean cuts, tidy switching and dimmers that match the bulbs.

FAQ
Residential lighting, answered
Can you add pot lights without tearing up my ceiling?+
In most finished ceilings, yes. We use shallow ‘wafer’ LEDs and pull wire through minimal access points. We'll walk the room with you, confirm joist direction and discuss any patching before we start.
Do you handle the design, or just install what I buy?+
Both. We can install fixtures you've already purchased, or build the full lighting plan — layout, lumens, colour temperature, switching and dimming — and source the fixtures with you.
Will my dimmers actually work with LED?+
They will when they're spec'd correctly. We match the dimmer to the driver and bulb so you don't get flicker, buzz or a narrow dim range.
Do I need a permit for new lighting?+
Any new circuits or significant rewiring requires a Technical Safety BC electrical permit. We pull it under our contractor licence and coordinate inspections.
