New construction electrical, answered
Do you work directly with the GC or with the homeowner?+
Both. Most of our new construction work is contracted directly with the general contractor or developer, but we're equally comfortable working directly with an owner-builder.
Can you handle the service entry with BC Hydro?+
Yes — service application, design, trenching coordination and meter base install. We handle every interaction with BC Hydro and Technical Safety BC so the GC doesn't have to.
Will you rough-in for EV and solar even if it's not being installed now?+
Strongly recommended. We routinely run conduit and capacity for future EV chargers, solar PV, heat pumps and battery storage — it's a tiny cost at rough-in and a huge cost later.
Do you provide progress draws and standard construction billing?+
Yes. We're set up for progress billing, holdbacks and standard construction draw schedules.
